Prices quoted are subject to the following criteria:-

• Based on per person sharing
• Based on a minimum of 24 guests traveling
• Covers Land Arrangements in South Africa
• Operators reserve the option to change accommodation venues (consistent quality grading would apply)

GENERAL INCLUSIONS :

• All accommodation on a shared basis; see single supplement pricing.
• Certain Meals on 9 day tour as specified:  Daily Breakfasts, Lunches on excursions,  2 group Dinners in Cape Town
• Full Board on safari (daily Breakfast, lunches & dinners)
• Excursions and transfers in luxury private vehicles
• Entrance fees and toll road fees on excursions.
• Wine tastings and lunch on winelands tour
• The safari lodge includes two game activities a day
  
• Some drinks/beverages included on safari
• Walking safari can be arranged at the lodge (restrictions apply)
• Services of the Game lodge includes full board (all meals) guides, trackers and staff.
• Airport transfers as specified
• Accommodation taxes, the applicable Tourism Levies & relevant Value Added Tax (VAT)/ Government Sales Tax (GST)

• Any new Government taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases which are beyond our control.
• Any items of a personal nature
