Prices quoted are subject to the following criteria:-

• Based on per person sharing
• Based on a minimum of 24 guests traveling
• Covers Deluxe accommodations in South Africa
• Operators reserve the option to change accommodation venues (consistent quality grading would apply)

GENERAL INCLUSIONS :

• All accommodation on a double occupancy basis
• Certain Meals on 9 day tour as specified:  Daily Breakfasts, 3 Lunches on excursions,  2 group Dinners in Cape Town
• Full Board on safari (Breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner, select drinks)
• Excursions and transfers in luxury private vehicles
• Entrance fees and toll road fees on excursions.
• Wine tastings and lunch on winelands tour
• The safari lodge includes two game activities a day
  
• Local brand drinks/beverages included on safari
• Walking safari can be arranged at the lodge 
• Services of the Game lodge game rangers, trackers and staff.
• Airport transfers in Cape Town and to Game Reserve
• Accommodation taxes, the applicable Tourism Levies & relevant Value Added Tax (VAT)/ Government Sales Tax (GST), conservation fees.

GENERAL EXCLUSIONS:

• Meals not specified in the quote
• Alcoholic and non-Alcoholic beverages not specified
  
• International flights 
• Cancellation, baggage and medical insurance.
• Laundry services at hotel and game lodge 
• Staff gratuities
• Any new Government taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases which are beyond our control.
• Any items of a personal nature
